Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Siem Reap
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for relaxation.

Day 2: Siem Reap Temples
After breakfast, head to the temple complex by private air conditioned car, accompanied by your English speaking guide. Begin with a 15 minute balloon ride to view the vast Angkor Complex and afterwards visit Angkor Wat temple. Continue to the atmospheric jungle temple of Ta Prohm, synonymous with the film Tomb Raider. Here the ancient ruins lay beneath the winding vines and ancient trees of the Cambodian jungle; a truly remarkable sight. In the afternoon, return to your hotel to wind down, escape the midday heat and relax by the pool.

Day 3: Siem Reap Temples & Horse Riding
After breakfast, return to the temple complex by private air conditioned car, accompanied by your English speaking guide. This morning you will visit Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. These remarkable temples and complexes offer a startling insight into the beauty and power of the Angkorian era. After lunch, return to your hotel before your 3 pm horse ride through the small villages that surround the temple complex.

Day 4: Siem Reap – Tonle Sap Lake
After Breakfast, transfer by Tuk Tuk to Tonle Sap lake – the largest in South East Asia. Take a boat trip to the floating villages before a walking tour of the fascinating pagodas and settlements that surround the lake. Head back to your hotel for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure. This evening at 6pm explore the vibrant night market – great for shopaholics.

Day 5: Siem Reap – Phnom Kulen walking
After breakfast, make the 2 hour drive to Phnom Kulen, stopping along the way to view the breathtaking scenery. Ascend to the hilltop summit to visit the Reclining Buddha before following the river of 1000 lingas back down the hill to a waterfall. Stop here for a wonderful picnic lunch served in a small house just along from the river. Spend the rest of the day swimming and exploring the enchanting jungle surroundings. Head back to the hotel in the early afternoon where the rest of the day is spent at leisure.

Day 6: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh
After breakfast, take the morning flight to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival you will be met by your English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel. After lunch, take a cycle rickshaw to the National Museum and Royal Palace before an hour long boat trip on the Mekong River to view sunset.

Day 7: Phnom Penh – Cycle Silk Island
After breakfast, travel by private vehicle to Silk Island-where you can see the traditional silk weaving techniques still practiced in this region. Afterwards take a traditional sampan boat across the Mekong and explore the picturesque villages by bicycle. Return to the hotel and spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 8: Phnom Penh- Kep & Relax
After breakfast, begin the 4 hour drive from Phnom Penh to Kep by private vehicle. The sleepy seaside town of Kep is a real hidden gem. Once the premier beach destination for the French elite, Kep is still dotted with art deco architecture and retains a very French feel. After check in, the rest of day is free to relax or explore the lush rugged coastline and charming town.

Day 9: Kep Relax
Free day at leisure.

Day 10: Kep – Phnom Penh
After breakfast, drive from Kep directly to Phnom Penh International Airport for your onward flight.
