Hotel Policies
Please note that the transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 8:00 AM from 357 Pho Vong Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 Halong Bay Passenger Wharf, Halong City. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi or Halong at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service, and the rate is not included round trip transfer from Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi by private car/ van. Please contact the cruise by phone or email for more information.
Please be informed that an advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all Passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board.
