How to book
Step 1: Select your tour
Once you select your tour on our website please click on "Book this tour" button which will lead you to our booking form.
Step 2: Complete our form
Please fill in all required fields on our form. Click on "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. If you wish to request another tour, please complete step 1 and 2 separately.
Step 3: Confirm your tour
Once sending your booking form to us, our sales staff will contact you with a quotation as soon as possible. If all services are available, we will send you an email with the details of your services such as itinerary, hotels, price,...etc If any services is not available, we will try to suggest other alternative options for you to consider. If you choose our customized tour service, we will send our proposal itinerary for your consideration or decision.
Step 4: Payment
Once you have decided to book our tour, Depending on the time you book the tour, We will need a deposit or a whole payment to secure for your booking. We will send you our bank account for wire transfer or an invoice from Paypal for credit card online payment.
Step 5: Get your service voucher
Once your deposit or payment have been authorized by our bank or by Paypal, we will issue our service confirmed voucher by email.Still have some Questions? If for any reason you do not immediately see our tour guide, a Mobile phone number is provided before your trip which can be used to contact them (This rarely happens, but sometimes the airport is exceptionally busy and the two parties do not see each other immediately). From here you are in the care of an experienced tour guide
