Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival ()

Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to the hotel in the center. Later on, we take an hour-long cyclo tour, viewing the charming French colonial architecture and the bustling Old Quarter. Later we walk in the street, experiencing the local life, watching noodle dishes being made at street stalls and taking time to chat with a traditional medicine man. In the evening we will attend the performance of the unique water puppetry and enjoy the finest Vietnamese cuisine in a typical restaurant.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B/L)

This morning before join a cooking class we will visit the Ho Chi Minh complex and , which includes the Mausoleum and his former residence we will have a quick view the One Pillar pagoda and enjoy a delicious North Vietnamese lunch after your cooking class. Afternoon going to see the peaceful Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first University dating back to the 11th century, then stroll into the mystical Old Quarter, Hanoi's beating heart, experiencing local lifestyles.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong bay - Hanoi (B/L/)

Today we travel by bus to the Vietnam's jewel crown, Halong Bay. We will cruise for four and half hours past spectacular limestone islands thrusting up from the clear emerald water of the bay. After a sumptuous on-board seafood lunch we will explore one of the most beautiful caves in the bay, and then transfer back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Hanoi - Da Nang - Hoi An (B/L/)

We fly south to the busy port city of Da Nang, our local English speaking guide and car pick you up on the way to Hoi An we will visit a Cham Museum famed for its amazing collection of ancient artifacts and impressive red brick towers. This region was one of the most successful Vietnamese empires, lasting over 1,500 years. We enjoy lunch at a seafood restaurant in the city before continuing to Hoi An.

Day 5: Hoi An (B/L/)

After breakfast, we stroll into the local market and interact with the local traders and purchase some of the ingredients for our cooking classes. We take a leisurely cruise from the market along Hoi An river to the Red Bridge Cooking School where the well-known dishes of Hoi An will be prepared, during a chef's demonstration. We prepare our own lunch, a special dining experience in a perfect location on the river, opposite the rice fields. The rest of the day is time to discover Hoi An Ancient town including the Japanese Bridge, Phuoc Kien Pagoda, the ancient house Tran Phu and the Hoi An museum (Sa Huynh museum or Ceramic museum). Enjoy shopping with tailor made clothing, lanterns, shoes and food or, just relax on the beach.

Day 6: Hoi An - Da Nang - Saigon (B/L/)

Transfer from the peaceful town of Hoi An to Da Nang airport for our flight to Ho Chi Minh City where we can explore many of the bustling markets. We also tour the Cho Lon Chinese Quarter” and wander along historic boulevards. The sights and smells of the city are intense and we will enjoy every moment, from ancient pagodas to the new and thriving cafes, shops and boutiques. Enjoy the flavors of southern Vietnamese cuisine tonight at dinner before returning to our hotel.

Day 7: Saigon - Cu Chi tunnels (B/L/)

Today we learn how to cook the Southern cuisine in a cooking class led by a well-known chef. After a delicious lunch we take a half-day to visit the Cu Chi tunnels, the former Viet Cong guerrilla base where we will gain an insight into the sacrifices and hardships of the Vietnamese people during the French and American Wars.

Day 8: Saigon - Phu Quoc island (B/L/)

Option 1: Transfer to Ho Chi Minh airport to flight to Phu Quoc, arrive Phu Quoc, our car will pick you up at the airport, transfer to the resort.
Option 2: Get on Board to get a fast speed boat to Phu Quoc Island, check in at resort, short rest after visit Ham Ninh fishing village and enjoy fresh seafood: crabs, shrimps, and squids, sentinel crabs, Next we visit Chanh stream for climbing and swimming. After back to Hotel for Lunch and Relax on Private Beach, Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

Day 9: Phu Quoc Island (B/)

Option 1: relax on the beach.
Option 2: After breakfast we visit Cau Castle, after that Visit Southern Islet including Sao beach, Phu quoc former prison, An Thoi port and the the pearl-cultivating farm. After lunch and a short rest we get on the boat to do some fishing on Phu Quoc Island, Enjoy your dinner on boat, after dinner back to Hotel, Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

Day 10: Phu Quoc Island - Saigon (B/)

After Breakfast, we go for some shopping tour at Duong Dong market, transfer to the airport flight back to Ho Chi Minh City then transferring to the airport for our departure flight home, end your tour in Vietnam.
